Become a Host
For trainers, consultants, HR staff, and community members to bring to organizations and groups.
Hosts can deliver just a few exercises to your group. Or deliver the full curriculum which takes up to 9 hours. The Video is broken into 18 small video clips revealing 8 powerful exercises modeled by studio participants.
Between the 18 clips, hosts facilitate groups to practice Video demonstrations, discern internal shifts, and hold short discussions.

Q & A for Hosts
Hosts aren’t trained or certified. Instead, they invite participants to the group and guide a process.
They bring different experiences demonstrating how everyone has their unique story about the impact of race in their lives. With 2 hosts, they can attend more closely to the needs of participants.
As hosts, they welcome people, steward a process, and play each video module. They’re not there to give advice. The focus is not on the host’s life experiences.
Participants explore and answer for themselves: “What Is Mine To Do?”.
You may not need it if you’re doing 1 or 2 exercises. At the same time, you may want to understand the Program’s unique philosophy and values. With the Package, you can lean into its proven structure, trusting in the clarity and ease it offers hosts.
